• Parties: No parties are permitted unless arranged in advance with our catering and events team.
• Quiet Hours: Please respect the peaceful atmosphere by keeping noise levels down between 10pm and 6am. No loud music is allowed during these hours.
• Visitors: No unauthorized visitors are allowed on the property under any circumstances. Any unauthorized person will be treated as a trespasser and may be prosecuted. If you would like to invite visitors, please arrange this beforehand with the Host or House Manager.
• Smoking and Vaping: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house. Ashtrays are provided on all outdoor patios for your convenience.
