• Children: Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times due to the presence of historic artworks and ornaments throughout the property. Any damages caused will be charged accordingly, with an additional 20% markup on the replacement or repair costs.
• Pets: Pets are allowed upon prior arrangement. Pet owners must provide their own bedding, bowls, and food for their pets. Pets are strictly prohibited from being on any furniture. Should pets be found on furniture, the owner will be charged for the cleaning and restoration of the items.
• Allowed Pets: Domestic pets such as dogs and cats are permitted on the property. Exotic, wild, or endangered animals are not allowed under any circumstances.
• Pet Supervision: De Kleine Prince will not be held responsible for the death, injury, or loss of any pets on the property. It is the pet owner’s responsibility to ensure all gates are closed and their pets are properly monitored during their stay.
• Loss or Damage of Property: Our property is monitored 24/7 by external CCTV cameras and perimeter laser beams to provide added security. However, De Kleine Prince is not liable for any loss or damage of personal belongings that occur outside the boundaries of our property.
